Qatar Airways was established in 1997 and is based in the small Middle Eastern country of Qatar. They are a member of the One World airline alliance, and they serve destinations on six continents. Note: Their website also says “For tickets issued in Brazil, Economy Class customers on flights to or from Brazil are allowed to carry one piece of baggage, not to exceed 10 kg (22lb).”
