Norwegian is a low cost airline operating flights throughout Europe as well as long haul flights to other parts of the world. Food and drinks are available for purchase on board, and meals can be purchased ahead of time for long haul flights. Number of hand baggage items allowed: 1 plus a personal item

Maximum allowed in imperial: (converted)

  • H x W x D = 21.5 x 15.5 x 9 in
  • H x W x D (personal item) = 13 x 9.8 x 7.8 in
  • Weight (LowFare, Lowfare+, Premium, Flex) = 22 lbs total
  • Weight (PremiumFlex) = 33 lbs total
  • Weight for flights to/from Dubai = 17.6 lbs total

  • H x W x D = 55 x 40 x 23 cm
  • H x W x D (personal item) = 33 x 25 x 20 cm
  • Weight (LowFare, Lowfare+, Premium, Flex) = 10 kg total
  • Weight (PremiumFlex) = 15 kg total
  • Weight for flights to/from Dubai = 8 kg total

If your carry on baggage exceeds the limits above, you will have to check your bag at the gate for a fee. It’s much cheaper to purchase checked baggage allowance ahead of time, up to 4 hours before your flight departure.
