There are so many great cities out there that I decided to extend city breaks month. If you missed any of the wonderful destinations last month, they were Brussels, Barcelona, Prague, and Budapest. This month I have a few more cities to talk about, plus some helpful posts about day trips, so stay tuned! City breaks are a great way to really get to know one city, and using that city as a base for a few day trips is less stressful than changing locations to see three or four cities on one short trip. To start the month, here are two different options for city breaks wallpaper.
City Breaks Wallpaper #1: Roman Forum in Rome, Italy
City Breaks Wallpaper #2: Berlin Cathedral in Berlin, Germany
- Determine the size you need for your screen, and decide which photo you’d like to download.
- Find the size you need from the correct list, and click on the link. (Don’t see the size you need? Email me and let me know what size you’re looking for.)
- Right click on the photo, then choose “save image as” and take note of where you save the photo. (In Windows, you might be able to save it as wallpaper.)
- Find the file, right click and choose “set desktop picture.”
Enjoy your city breaks wallpaper! Rome and Berlin are both fantastic options for city breaks because there’s so much to do in each city. I’ve written more about things to do in Rome here and things to do in Berlin here. Don’t forget to come back throughout the month for more on why spending a full week or longer in one city can be a wonderful vacation, plus highlights on different cities to visit, and more about city breaks.
